MGM GRAND DETROIT Casino BREACH CONTRACT WITH CARD COUNTER at Blackjack

Peter was playing blackjack at MGM Grand Casino in Detroit, MI, USA.
At that time there were three players at the table and Peter was the player in the middle. Peter placed a bet of three, twenty-five dollar chips totaling $75.00 in the betting circle and the dealer
proceeded to deal a nine to the player in the first position. Before the game could proceed further MGM personnel approached the table and the pit boss, told the dealer to stop the game. Peter was then told that he had to play the table minimum of $50.00. When Peter protested, a high-up dude, James Rogers, appeared, and pushed his bets out of the betting circle and told Peter that the house was refusing his business. Then security was summoned and Peter was escorted from the premises and told not to ever return.
MGM Grand Detroit, LLC., has not provided any legitimate nondiscriminatory reasons for its actions in denying Peter access to its place of public accommodation. Subsequently, Peter filed a complaint with the Michigan Gaming Control Board, with respect to the MGM Grand Detroit Casino rejecting his bet after the game had commenced and banished him from the casino. What do you think the Gaming Board said? Leave a Comment!
