Creative Genius should go close in this $7.5k non-winner of four race claimer on the main track.
This gelding put in a game effort when winning a $7.5k non-winner of three race claimer at Monmouth earlier this month. He was taken on for the lead throughout but found extra close home to score decisively. This was his best effort for some time and appreciated the return to the mile distance. He has tactical speed, so can take up a stalking position if they go too quick early. His work tab is decent and trainer Claudio Gonzalez has a respectable 20% strike rate at the meeting. I have backed him at his current price of [4.4] on the exchange.
Isabellaalexa to relish extra yardage

I am going to side with Isabellaalexa in this $40k maiden claimer on the main track.
This filly finished third against similar at Laurel Park last November. She attempted to make all, but was collared inside the final furlong and had to settle for a place. Her pedigree suggests she will have no problem stretching out to the mile distance. Her work tab is solid and appears ready to do herself justice after the layoff. The talented Jeremy Laprida has the riding assignment. He should be able to clear the field and have enough left in the straight to hold on. At present she is trading at [6.2] on the exchange but recommend backing her at BSP.
