Labouchere Betting System applied in blackjack!! Is this betting strategy GOOD?? OR BAD??

I applied the Labouchere betting system in my blackjack game to show how this system works. The system is negative progression like the Martingale system. The Labouchere system is also known as split Martingale strategy.
There is difference between two systems. Watch the video and see which one you like better!

The Labouchere System
Step 1: On a piece of paper, write down 3-10 numbers ranging from 1 to 3. (The more numbers you write, the riskier it gets. But in the end you will end up with more profit. You can also choose the bet range you want depending on your bankroll.)

Step 2: Here is an example. Write down 5 numbers: 1 2 3 2 1. Wager your bet, which is sum of the first and last numbers. In this case, it’s 1 + 1 = 2 units.

Step 3: If you win the hand, you will cross out the two numbers you used. In this case, 2 3 2 remain. Then, bet 2 + 2 = 4 units. Again, cross out the two numbers if you win. The final bet will be 3 units. If you started out with more numbers, continue the process until all of the numbers have been crossed out.

Step 4: If you lose the hand, then add the lost bet to your system sequence. In this case, my original numbers were 1 2 3 2 1. Since I bet 2 units and lost the hand, I will add 2 units at the end of my sequence: 1 2 3 2 1 2. The next bet will be 1 + 2 = 3 units.
