In Blackjack split bet is an option to the player to split the hand in two bet by paying the the sxtra bet amount. If you have two cards with same value like 2/2 , 3/3 , 4/4 , 5/5, 6/6, 7/7, 8/8, 9/9, 10/10 or two Ace/Ace then you can split your bet and can play two independent hand which will maximise your chance of winning. Normally we never should split the bet when we have cards like 10/10 or 9/9 as the total value is already 20 or 19 and there is no chance for us to go beyond that. On the other hand if you have two Ace card then you should always split your bet as you have both the chances to hit another 10 in each hand to win.
Split bet is a good chance to double our profit if we have two Ace in our hand. But never split your bet if you have two 10 in you hand.
